What Is the Youth4Ocean Forum...

Europe’s sea basins face shared challenges that call for coordinated action across regions. In response, the European Union supports a set of sea-basin strategies - including the Atlantic Maritime Strategy, the WestMED initiative, the Common Maritime Agenda for the Black Sea, and the Greater North Sea Basin Initiative - providing a framework for cooperation among countries, sectors, and stakeholders.
