Help Shape the Future of Sustainable Fishing and Aquaculture | Take the EU Shipyard Capacity Survey

Survey

The European Commission, in partnership with the Shipbuilding Working Group of the Energy Transition Partnership (ETP), has launched a new survey to assess how prepared european shipyards are to support the green transition in the fisheries and aquaculture sector.

"Survey to assess the capacity of shipyards for the energy transition of fisheries and aquaculture", this initiative aims to collect key data on the ability and interest of shipyards to retrofit or build low-carbon vessels. The insights gathered will directly inform the development of a comprehensive Energy Transition Roadmap for EU Fisheries and Aquaculture, expected in early 2026.
