  • High Potential Start Up Feasibility Study Grant

    Assists a new start-up company or individual entrepreneur to investigate the viability of a new export orientated business or proposition.

  • Sustainable Aquaculture Scheme

    Apply for support for projects that promote the sustainable growth of output, value and employment in the aquaculture sector

    Project Type 1: Organic Aquaculture A maximum of €10,000 or 50% (30% for non-SMEs) of eligible expenditure, whichever is the lesser, per project per year. Projects Type 2: Biotoxin Harvesting Suspension A maximum of €100,000 or 50% (30% for non-SMEs) of eligible losses, whichever is the lesser, per beneficiary, subject to the maximum total aid to all farmers of €500,000 per year. Individual benefi ciaries will be limited to one aid payment over the period of the Programme.   • Fleet Safety Scheme

    Apply for grant funding to help improve the safety of your fishing vessels.

    Budget: 
    The grant provides funding over a three year period for up to 40% of the amount claimed on boats over 12 meters and 60% for boats under 12 meters. The maximum amount that you can receive depends on the size of your boat. In addition maximum eligible costs apply for each individual item: - Vessels equal to or greater than 24 metres: max. grant €20,000 - Vessels equal to or greater than 18 metres and under 24 metres: max. grant €15,000 - Vessels equal to or greater than 15 metres and under 18 metres: max. grant €10,000 - Vessels less than 15 metres: max. grant €6,000
