“Towards European Strategic Cluster Partnerships for smart specialization investments" is a call for expression of interest published by the Directorate General of the European Commission for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs. The focus is to encourage the partnering process in the context of industrial modernization and strengthen participation and inter-regional collaboration in the implementation of smart specialisation strategies.

With reference to the workshop we had planned for 13^th July and following the result of the Referendum, it has been decided to hold a revised workshop reduced in scope from the original agenda down to two hours from a whole day previously. This workshop will concentrate on a factual exposition of the latest position with regard to H2020, and allow stakeholders with an interest in marine issues to voice their concerns and aspirations for the Atlantic Strategy and Atlantic Action Plan in the lead up to and post ‘Brexit’.
