Blue Skills' survey

11/09/2024

CINEA and DG Mare are promoting a study to support and design skills development in the blue economy. The goal of this study is to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current and anticipated developments in skills across various sectors of the blue economy throughout the EU.

Your participation in this survey is crucial to help define what constitutes blue skills and the competencies required. It will enable them to analyze both current and future skill demands within the blue economy and to map out existing educational and training opportunities in this sector across the EU. Additionally, your input will assist in reviewing EU-funded projects related to blue skills and in developing recommendations to address any identified skill gaps.

As a stakeholder in the blue economy, your involvement is essential. Your contribution is highly valued as it will help shape the future of skills development, identify critical skills gaps and potential solutions, and enhance the visibility of your sector’s skills needs and challenges.
