European Brokerage Event – Sciences & Technologies of the Sea

European Brokerage Event – Sciences & Technologies of the Sea are organised as part of the 10th edition of Sea Tech Week. These meetings are a unique opportunity to meet key stakeholders. This networking event is aimed for a wide spectrum of companies, universities and researchers from Europe interested in sharing new project ideas and finding new partners in the marine science field. The main objective of this event is to facilitate contacts with future partners from all over Europe by:
 

  • Building new business contacts;
  • Transferring technological or innovative know-how;
  • Finding technical solutions or RTD partners;
  • Facilitating the setup of R&D and innovative project consortia;
  • Presenting, discussing and developing new project ideas at international level and initiating cross-border contacts.

 
Call for proposals
 
In this context, the "Réseau Noé", Network of EU projects' experts in Brittany, France, is launching a call for proposals towards European laboratories.
 
The objective of this call for proposals is to help EU Labs to identify SMEs for their Horizon 2020 projects related to Ocean and/or Digital activities. Vice-Versa, this will help SMEs to find Horizon 2020 consortia.
 
Selected laboratories will be able to pitch their EU project idea (related to an Horizon 2020 call), in front of an assistance of 20 to 30 businesses from the Ocean & Digital areas, on October 12th (morning), during the Sea Tech Event, hold in Brest, France, from October 11th to 14th.
 
The call for proposals is open until June 30th, 2016.
