Apply for an Exhibition Stand at European Maritime Day 2026

EMD 2026

Applications are now open for exhibition stands at European Maritime Day (EMD) 2026, Europe’s flagship annual gathering of the maritime community. The event will take place on 21–22 May 2026 in Limassol, Cyprus, bringing together policymakers, industry, researchers, project promoters and maritime stakeholders from across Europe.

The EMD 2026 Exhibition provides a unique opportunity to showcase innovative projects, initiatives, products and services linked to the sustainable blue economy, maritime policy and ocean governance. A wide range of organisations are invited to apply, including EU‑funded projects, public authorities, companies, clusters, research organisations, NGOs and networks

Exhibitors will be part of a vibrant Stakeholder Village, located alongside the main conference sessions, offering high visibility and strong networking opportunities with Europe’s maritime decision‑makers and practitioners. The exhibition is designed to promote exchange, collaboration and visibility across maritime sectors and sea basins.

European Maritime Day is the annual moment when Europe’s maritime community meets to network, discuss and shape joint action on maritime affairs and the sustainable use of seas and oceans. The 2026 edition will highlight key themes related to the blue economy, innovation, sustainability and ocean governance, with an interactive programme of plenary sessions, workshops, exhibitions and side events.

Stakeholders interested in participating are encouraged to submit their application for an exhibition stand via the official EMD 2026 website. Information on stand formats, eligibility and deadlines is available online.
