The WIN‑BIG Atlantic Event is coming to Málaga, on 25–26 March 2026 at La Térmica, bringing together women leaders, innovators, researchers, entrepreneurs, and ocean‑minded professionals for two days dedicated to shaping a more inclusive and innovative Blue Economy.
This Atlantic‑focused gathering marks the next milestone in the WIN‑BIG series, following its Mediterranean and Baltic editions.
The event highlights the growing influence of female experts across marine energy, aquaculture, blue biotechnology, coastal tourism, blue sports, and digital marine communication. Participants will hear inspiring stories, explore new research insights, and connect with visionaries working to rebalance gender representation across ocean sectors.

About the WIN‑BIG Project
WIN‑BIG is a European initiative focused on reducing gender gaps in the Blue Economy by mapping women’s participation across sectors and offering capacity‑building, mentoring, and visibility for female role models.
The project was one of the Winners of the Atlantic Stakeholder Awards 2025, receiving the Blue Skills and Ocean Literacy award during the 12th Atlantic Stakeholder Platform Conference on 13 November 2025 in Galway.
