As part of the European Maritime Spatial Planning (MSP) Week 2026 (1–5 June), the Greater North Sea Basin Initiative (GNSBI) will host its first Stakeholder Conference on 4 June 2026 in Brussels.
The conference will bring together MSP stakeholders, initiatives, and policymakers from across the Greater North Sea Basin, creating a dedicated space for exchange and dialogue within the broader MSP Week programme. The event will focus on strengthening cooperation, sharing knowledge, and discussing the future role of the GNSBI in supporting Maritime Spatial Planning at sea‑basin level.
The programme will introduce the GNSBI Working Tracks, with several tracks hosting dedicated sessions to showcase their ongoing work and activities. It will also include plenary discussions on the initiative’s role and future engagement, as well as a specific session on the Ocean Pact and its relevance for regional cooperation.
