
EUMOFA to Host Strategic Talk on EU Fish and Aquaculture Consumption Trends at Conxemar 2025
The European Market Observatory for Fisheries and Aquaculture Products (EUMOFA) is set to host a pivotal workshop at the Conxemar Exhibition, spotlighting the evolving landscape of fish and aquaculture consumption across the European Union.
The workshop “Trends in the Consumption of Fish and Aquaculture Products in the EU – Present and Future” will take place on Wednesday, October 8, from 15:30 to 17:30 at the Platea stage of the IFEVI venue.
Co-organised by the European Commission and the FAO’s FishInfo Network, the double-session workshop will bring together leading experts, policymakers, and industry stakeholders to examine the strategic challenges and opportunities shaping the future of seafood markets in Europe and beyond.

Throughout the three-day Conxemar event, attendees can also visit EUMOFA’s stand in Hall 6 for live demonstrations of its newly launched interactive dashboards, designed to improve access to market data and analysis tools.
